Larry/CMF/ re SEC...You are correct in that noone can be absolutely 100% sure as to the exact reasons for the investigation. Here are a few reasons why I think the investigation revolves around the IBM issue:

1) Shortly after the SEC notice...Rueters changed the story they had run 3-4 MONTHS ago. Why would they CHANGE the story?


2) Management has NOT waivered one bit regarding their relationship with INTC as stated in the original PR.

Obviously, the other component of the investigation revolves around the trading issue...where this part of the investigation takes us....I have no clue.
