Merrill's call....I see this as a bad call and the analyst is taking..

Since he is just taking over coverage from Joe Osha, I think it just may be an attempt to make a name for himself. Analysts (and brokerage houses) take pride in making stocks move on their call.

I get the feeling that anti-trust talk is what is keeping Intel down, especially in light of the pending MSFT v EU decision on Monday.
