You are correct. however, the spinoff hasn't happened yet.

I can only assume that the converts weren't asleep at the switch and caused problems for the distribution with the SEC to protect their own interests. Think about it. Would the SEC allow the assets of the company to be spun off leaving only a shell for the largest creditors? NO!

I mean, it has only been over 6 months since the announcement and 4 months since the record date and the spinoff hasn't happened yet. That means that as of right this moment, IBIZ is still a wholly owned sub of IBZT and will remain so until the spinoff is approved by Naz and the SEC.
