Now, share certificates(Pinks/Otcbb) are deemed worthless by ALL Canadian banks, brokers and sellers of air. Most US brokers have adopted this (imo) fraud.

Don't be silly. They merely won't accept them for deposit. That's a direct result of the CMKX cert pull.
