Cole...even though the wheels have completely come off...they could come back on at any minute. It's an obvious case of corporate sabotage. K&L are here for the common shareholder...conserving cash (note the severance to Khoury was only in the hundreds of thousands) and increase shareholder value...teaming agreement...teaming agreement. Get it? Got it? Good.
