No reason to do a reverse if float is 35 mil but who really knows what the float is at this point. It is all heresay and conjecture on everyone's part.

No solid answers ever. Have not reached the TA yet. In and out of meeting over the next 2 days.

I will be doing more DD over the weekend and beginning of next week.

This has been one of the most abnormal trading penny stocks I have ever seen. That is really saying something as the penny markets are usually a roller coaster ride.

All these pump sites lead to a couple day P&D. If we play the P&D game the MM's truly get to cover. If we wait it out we may get $.0001. Not far from where we are. I am waiting a little while longer.

QUESTION: (I have asked this before)

Why in the world would Ameritrade give a crap about a stock trading between $.002 and $.0031 with a couple of spikes every now and then?

But you can buy many pink sheet stock trading between $.0001 and $.0010?

There job is not to protect the investor. That is for the NASD and SEC. There job is to make money flipping $10 trades that they are currently and have been restricting for quite a long time.

No one has got a straight answer on this question to date as far as I know, but the restriction has been in place almost since the big snafu occurred on Sept. 12, 2006.

I still think A-trade has not paid the piper and I am willing to wait it out. $.003 or $.040, BFD in my mind, it was always about the MOASS.

Ameritrade still restricting trades is just enough of an abnormality that I will wait it out.


By the way in my simple calcs:

2.9 mil outstanding 9/12/06 - mkt price $.50
35 mil? outstanding 9/13/07 - adjusted mkt price $.04

But how many shares of the 35 mil do we each own. There have been 3 to 5 dividends declared but not paid. Who knows? Dividend upon dividend compounding is interesting but I am not sure Don know what 1 + 1 is so asking him to do the math on the dividends he declared may be a stretch.
