Hmmmmm, horseradish in meatloaf. Now that's a new one...

(figgered I should bring this convo to the Food board)

I like a dash of "roostershire" sauce and some A1 in mine.

And I don't want my sauce very sweet, either!
Today is a meatloaf or beer chili kinda day, meatloaf won.
I've been wanting some for a while now....
Of course, gotta have a big pile of mashede taters to go with it!!

BTW, made a HUGE vat of Bacon potato soup a few days ago, YUMMY!
