Question to the board?
Sorry about the delayed post have been busy the last 2 days.
Who is supposed to be running the HVLN show? I thought Don had retired and turned this over to Carl Campanelli (SP?) yet when I got off the phone with Don a few days ago he seems to still be heavily involved with the particulars and day to day operations.
Fairly breif conversation but the following highlights.
Very irritable when speaking about HVLN. Another coronary may be in the works and I know this is good news to some.
Fed up with the MM games and believes there is still a short that needs covered but does not know how to make them cover. He has used all the tricks people have suggested NOBO, name change, etc. MM's forced the move to the greys as punishment. GLEN screwed him on their arrangement, did not elaborate on this.
Dividend shares were issued to the transfer agent on September 5th and we should be receiving them. Call transfer agent for verification. Eli, Robert Polumbo and HVLN. Interesting that this is when volume started to pick up.
Talking out of both sides of the mouth: Mentions a short but also says there could be a reverse split needed in the future. Would lend credence to the massive share increase.
Best Case: Maybe the MM's know the divy shares are entering the market soon and they have only until Oct. 15th to cover so they have been posturing over the last few days to shake a few more shares. Long term holders in this play have had all or nothing mentality which could help. If this is true it could get interesting very soon or we will all know within the next 33 to 35 days whether this is a big write-off.
Here's hoping for Christmas in October but expecting a turd in the punch bowl.
I will try and anyone that has time should contact the NASD and the SEC and tell then to make sure this particular stock, HVLN, should be on the watchlist for short covering on October 15th. I will try and post these phone numbers when I get the chance but can someone help with these as I can not get to it until late tomorrow. As with most governmental agencies, the more complaining, the more likely action may be taken up. Could still have some legs if we all put forth one more surge of effort here.
