I have no idea what we could have invented and perfected with a Trillion dollars, but I'm thinking...... A LOT!

Nevertheless, the point was that you don't seem to find any problem with dependence on foreign oil "I am not sure I see why dependence on foreign oil is such a horrible thing to be avoided" and I can't think of a single person that I know who would agree with that.

It's a no brainer that we have no choice today or for the next 30 years. But, that doesn't NOT make it a horrible thing. I suspect we have yet to even begin to truly understand what a "horrible" thing it is and will be.
