For those who claim Joe would have made an excellent CEO for Globetel... perhaps it's good he was never given the opportunity, based on how well he ran other companies where he was CEO, such as TotalAxcess. Also Google NuOasis.

Sounds like Joe has some experience in adversary involuntary bankruptcy proceedings, since his company was forced into that.
