NEWS, now that we have been pounded in the ground.....

BOCA RATON, FL--(Marketwire - September 12, 2007) - The Harvard Learning Centers, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HVLN) (the "Company") announced today that its subsidiary, ASAP Athletics, Inc., successfully launched its breakthrough "ASAP 1000" gym-on-wheels, for resistance training of athletes in football, baseball, soccer and other team sports. The "ASAP 1000" enables up to 17 athletes to train simultaneously at a convenient outdoor or indoor location. The device was introduced at the National Franchise & Business Opportunities Expo, Tampa, Florida, September 8/9, where the Company reported high interest and excitement by local trainers/entrepreneurs who could purchase or lease the machine for use with teams, sports leagues and school athletes.

Carl Campanelli, President, commented, "This mobile machine is phenomenal in what it can do to help improve an athlete's speed, response time and strength. We've developed an aggressive business plan for rolling it out to the national market, have had our trainers develop a proprietary exercise program for it, and, after this show, literally can't wait to start showing it and selling it across the country."
