mide clearly stated...

"To get this latest insight into the doings of GTEM via phone, it took 4 days to set up. The teleconference, as there were 3 of us on the call, purposely, so I can't make this stuff up...covered 2 hours...Mr. Bleckman, myself and another independent common shareholder. There were no ground rules."

He spoke with Mr. Bleckman for 2 hours.

He went on to say-

4). There may be prudent managerial changes short term.

How many "managers" are there at this point? There are so few left in the company, it's pretty easy to surmise this meant a significant change. Is this OK to broadcast as long as you "don't" mention the name? Wouldn't any "managerial" change at this point potentially effect the SP?

6). Mexico is a mess.

This has to be material information and was given "selectively"!

Now I realize this was mide's summation of the information Mr. Bleckman gave him...... but so what! The only things we have heard from the company concerning NMC have been "positive". Everyone knows how important the Mexican JV is!!!! The very future of the company may hinge on it. How can it not be material to give 2 investor information that shows "it's a mess" when it is so important to the future of the company. And the company has only given positive information to everyone else?

Any public company has a fiduciary responsibility to those who have invested in them, not to mention SEC regulations etc...

It's amazing how some can get so excited over message board posters, and give the company a pass on this activity.
