Could be that management felt not enough attention was being paid to the JV, which is obviously extremely important to GTEM at this juncture for future revs. Also, and this is just a WAG on my part, could he have been the source of leaks at GTEM to JM, maybe close friends etc. and thus the need for a management change?? Not saying Khoury did this, but the old saying "loose lips sink ships" might apply.
