I'll help you out, hold on here, wouldn't it be better for dan to buy the so call "fake shares" retire them and put out a audit ? So then if they were fake shares they would cover in a hurry !! I mean dan buys them or joe buys them if this company has any value and we get a audit with the share structure, does it matter who owns them ???
