LoDi....just a few years ago when this area had a minor flu outbreak we spent the weekend with elderly family members whose house reeked of garlic. Turned out they had been chewing garlic cloves to ward off the flu.

We scoffed when it was offered to us....especially since we were all going to a big social event that evening.

Yep...you guessed it.....we got it. They didn't. Go figure.
