Why should I believe that the silence of BDGR has any positive connotation? How do I know that, while I sit here waiting for news without any information, and based on the past lies which you so diligently posted here over and over and over again, that they are not dismantling the company, about to declare bankruptcy and dissolve our shares?
And if I believe such things, then what is to stop me from requesting that the SEC look into this entire operation if I think my money is as good as gone? Isn't that my right as a share holder? Didn't you more or less say the same thing 6 months ago?
All I know is that, according to our BDGR President, OUR share holder representative was frozen out of the loop and there is no information forthcoming. Rumors are flying around, and every day we lose just a little bit more value to our stock.
A competent President would address the share holders but we are treated with the same arrogance that you display.
And you want to sit there and tell me that I'm ill informed and that it makes sense what Ellis is doing. That is a complete self serving load of crap.
I can think of any number of scenarios that equal massive screw-over for the share holders.
Lanza won't truly be gone until his service companies are GONE from BDGR. That is where all the money has been funneled this whole time.
