"If you are a shareholder, you seem to enjoy hurting your own investment. Can you prove otherwise??????????"
Charts, I think I come at the issue of positively moving the price per share differently than you. At this point, I believe that BD began as a stock fraud. There is a lot of evidence to support this belief. And like all such frauds, it depends on lies, and then more lies. You can't really run a fraud without the benefit of lies. The interesting thing here, though, is that the market for oil --- 70+ and going higher --- has perhaps created the possibility for success despite Lanza's original intentions.
So, my basic idea is that if you expose the lies and end the lies, you might just force BD to become an honest company. And that creates the possibility of real capital investment, long-term earnings, and a profitable company when as I believe oil goes to 100 a barrel and stays there in the next 3 -years. So, I just don't see any percentage in playing along with Lanza to prop up the short term price. I would rather fight the good fight, and have a chance of real winnings down the road. If Local is wrong and the NRI, absent what Lanza takes off the top, is basically OK, then BD could be profitable. Especially with EOR and deep drilling rights.
Charts, you got a better idea?
