Wahz, I respect that libertarian approach and in particular the attitude about the Supreme Court. In your support of Bush, though, don't you wish that he had a bit more brains? His dad was conservative, true, but I respected him because he was a smart guy. His son George on the other hand, by all accounts, is best viewed as a couple of chimichangas shy of a fiesta platter. They've acted like they had a mandate to do what they've done, and it was anything but.

The legacy to be left if his people pick the next few justices on the court will not be a pretty one.
