given how much effort is reportedly put into the wording of everything in Innova's SEC filings, at least according to Mr. Fun, seems that IMO they are perhaps already being sued, although some time after March 31st, and that insiders (at least those of the "director, officer or affiliate of the Company, any owner of record or beneficially of more than 5% of the common stock" ilk) aren't suing the company... yet. IMO.

and, based on this filing, IMO weisel isn't really the BofD Chairman, despite the claim of "Mr. Weisel will remain Chairman of the Board" in the Aug. 27th weisel resignation PR, Innova Announces Management Changes to Strengthen Robotic Initiatives and Successfully Implement Strategic Plan. http://www.marketwire.com/mw/release.do?id=764107
