for sometime...guys like willie nelson
and neil young are supporting the
environment and the farmers with this
technology but I really don't see it
as being all that "green".
Our process may make it more EFFECIENT.
That's good for the pocket book but
I'm an ex commerical fisherman and
the excess nitrogen that has already
come out of farming has all but destroyed
a HUGE portion of the gulf of mexico.
It sure seems to me like we are trading
our form of suicide here.
We may make a ton of money off of this
yet, so don't get me wrong but IMO,
our only hope as a species is to refine
our sustainable and RENEWABLE resorces.
Nuclear, Solar and especially hydrogen
power...ESPECIALLY when you concider the
break though that UC Davis had with
the fuel cell technology this last
month or so. They managed to reduce
the operating temp of one of the cells
from 1200 to 212 degrees. That kind of
effeciency makes this "new" process we
are investing in....a real yawn.
