It seems like your mind is made up: SELL and MOVE ON. There is more to life than holding on to stock you wanna bash. It's kinda hard to explain how yesterday filling is a good thing other than: all bad news out and time to move on. I do believe that dilution has already be discounted in the pps. Big guys know ahead and play accordingly... Short term could be ugly with sentiment being down so much... IMHO (couldn't resist that)
