jim, sorry to hear this...

Hey this is the first and only BB that I've actually got some good feelings about...

i know that most of the bbs are trash but there are some good little companies out there. i have shares of one company that was otc but went to the pinks on purpose in order to be more or less semi private [or semi public whichever you prefer]. the company is 120 years old and just good ol' people working hard. they havent managed to do much for shareholders [another reason they went to the pinks] but i have been holding about 5 years now and its looking to me like things are finally shaping up. i will refrain from mentioning the ticker because i dont want anybody to think im trying to hype the stock.

PEQM is another example of a good company. i owned quite a bit of the stock at one time. actually, i was buying the managment at the time, more than the company. George is a bright guy. i took a look at the Q and understand why he has decided to do what what he is doing. sales are declining. George may just want to move on. i really do think george would do his best to get his shareholders a good decent return.

as for IBZT - cant explain why - but i havent been able to get myself to buy that trash - and a lot of the other bazillion share turds out there.

i notice that this guy : http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=2265347

cant figure out what stock you're talking about ...lol

i may have confused you and others when i switched from talking about PEQM to WUFG:

what i was saying there is i still believe what i said in an earlier post about the OS and float on WUFG. i cant remember where i got the info tho. pinksheets shows Merit Transfer as the transfer agent and it so happens that one of the principles of merit transfer is also named george. i assume merit is still in business and i used to have georges' phone number around here but i havent spoken to him in 2 or 3 years. merit is a pretty shitty transfer agent. if you call information you find they dont even have their number listed. it used to be [and probably still is] that if you wanted info on a stock you had to fax or mail them a request for info and they would get back to you.

Lazarus

btw - if you ever decide to make a carreer out of selling shells and doing reverse mergers being the transfer agent isnt a bad idea...esp if you also hold a large position. you get to see where all the stock is and when its coming to market. you also get first peek at who is registering their shares.
