Ajaxxx_99, Did you see the program that aired on TV a couple of nights ago on NOVA. It was called the "Universe". Totally awesome and really put into perspective for simple people such as myself (insert jokes here) exactly what the universe is and its contents. Also the way that people have seen the universe from early man to now with all the discoveries made along the way. I have always been fascinated about space and such and have a real interest in the cosmos.

Tryoty, that is pretty cool about your motorized telescope and your setup. I was in Palm Springs California one summer and this guy had a pretty powerful scope also motorized and was letting the general public view stars and planets. Totally awesome and just made me more interested in that stuff. I have always wanted to get even a descent scope to view the sky but I am pretty particular about getting good quality stuff without going overboard and just do not know enough about what to get to start.
