Redwood's ringing...
that's funny, I've talked with Redwood
twice in the last two weeks and both
times I reduced my size and amount of
my bid.
They are marketing guys, I have to look
past the puffing and after hanging up
I didn't know any more than what they
have already pr'ed...I never call one
of those guys expecting anything MORE.
Clarification is all I'm ever after...
if they give you anything MORE, it's
a very real possibility that SOMEbody
will do a perp walk.

PS...the fact that they WERE still confirming
pr's is what even kept me innnerested in
holding what I DO have.
