PS...all I can say is to WATCH NITE as
close as you can...to HELL with SBSH.
He's almost as powerful as NITE but
SELDOM leads the market.
I REALLY wish I had the time and
money to track LII again...I don't want
to throw out the 50 or 60 bucks a
month that alpha trade costs..
BUT...if you watch NITE very close.
During the trading day, often as not,
he will telegraph his future moves by
taking a possition up of down on the
bid/ask list. If he is hanging around
just above the ask, usually above SBSH
and just BEHIND him on the bid side and
all of a sudden he drops DOWN on the
bid side SEVERAL ticks, in this case
down to say... .024 and then within
a short amount of time moves BACK UP
to that .03 or .033, unless some NEWS
or other "rumored" info comes along....
that stock WILL TRADE down to .024
as a matter of course. I have seen
this happen more times than I can count.
THAT IS NOT TO SAY that .024 will be
the BOTTOM...but you can bet the BID
will see .024.
What I like to see is the spread getting
bigger...like the bid getting down to
.024 and the ask stayin @ .033 for days
of consolidation, with NITE steady selling
@ .033 or 34. He's pickin um up cheap
and selling them back to you LESS cheap.
At least ya know his shorting is over.
When I see EVERY MARKET MAKER in the bunch
buyin at the BID and NOBODY selling on the
ASK side, with NITE out of the picture,
up around .04 THEN you can start to accumulate
with some HOPE that volume is on the way.
Now adays, by the time the Volume poors in
you are to late...
as I said EARLIER...
Accumulating on the DOWN TREND is....tricky.
RISK is what you take on when you take a
CHANCE and go with FAITH that the manager
is NOT lyin to ya or the people he BORROWED
from are not rippin you BOTH OFF !!!
Infinate variables...ya gotta just LOVE this
stuff !!!
