After a lengthy, and quite candid discussion with IR today, I have come to some conclusions:

1). This company will survive with financial help.

2). In coordinating with Elizra, the company is moving forward to secure contracts of significance to mutually benefit both entities....in more than the USA.

3). The company has secured all of its proprietary assets of note.

4). There may be prudent managerial changes short term.

5). All financial filings should be done by the end of Sept. 2007. (This delay was all caused by our prior accounting firm, Dohan, as I suspected...back burner.)

6). Mexico is a mess.
