Well, straw those are a lot of good questions.

1) No idea why anyone would use SMMW as an empty shell to transfer assets into, especially given the o/s.

2) My opinion is based on the reality of the need for an r/s to begin with..... the need to r/s is based on the need to raise capital. After an r/s no one wants to buy since the previous generation of investors just got boned. So "if" you are going to sell the new stock for "anything" the o/s has to be low. No imo needed for that and I am open for any better thought out ideas. Or better yet how about the dh's working for us and running the company tell us what they are up to?

As to the value of your opinion I fully accept your stated valuation.
