Not so sure Paul Lisenby will be so great for SMMW...As ceo of Hathaway....unable to pull off a spin-off of it's subsidiary Opticon, after promising shareholders for over a year....(missing 3 deadlines so far) Shareholders pretty upset about that..........DDI(another subsidiary that it supposedly will spin off), so far, unable(so far) to obtain approval for diabetes "Vibrameter" technology...Hathaway's business "model" is acquiring and spinning off companies(Opticon was the first, and still unable to pull that off)....also, Lisenby's company (futuretech capital) is now the new I/R? That doesn't sound good?...Now, moving some biopharm "assets" into smmw, for stock?It all sounds like a new "shell" game....It will all be another losing proposition for smmw shareholders!!....imo
