RULE 3210...you've had all weekend
to digest the fact that Pinksheets.com
sez we are in violation of that rule...
WHICH MEANS, (if I'm not mistaken) that
SOMEbody has been selling shares, at
least $50k worth and has NOT been able
to come across with the shares...this
is called NAKED SHORTING and it's
OBVIOULLY going on HERE !
With 60% of the A/S already gone,
they are betting that he will run out
of shares before he can make any PROFITS
off of this technology of his...a VERY
REAL possibility. EXPECIALLY if he is
using shares to pay his way through this
developemental process...it's a death
spiral because the more he needs to use
the shares the lower the Nshorters will
drive it causing him to use even MORE
shares to pay for the same services...
EVENTUALLY he has only TWO CHOICES...
GO UNDER...or...Reverse Split.
EITHER WAY...you, or now WE, as I
own shares here now tOO....LOSE !!!
I'm only pointing this out so that those
of you who have your heart and souls on
the line here FULLY UNDERSTAND the
RISK you are taking with your money
here...
Did they ever PR the ACTUAL amount
of shares they ACTUALLY BOUGHT BACK in
that last "share buyback" ? It's not
illegal for them to SAY they are going
to buy them back and then NOT BUY THEM BACK.
I welcome any INFORMED discussion here...

PS...I don't like the financing that's starting
to be pretty obvious here.
It doesn't matter WHAT you have, if you can't
get it to market...it's worthless.
