it's a bad joke IMO. an absolute middle finger directed squarely at all those investors who are not connected to the Fort Liars club IMO.
the guy's been rumored to be terminally ill for about a year. it just reeks of an arrogant old man's scammy maneuver to get his buddy a double heaping helping of corporate largesse before he dies, or maybe it's for his heirs IMO. Gene also probably knows where all the financial "bodies" are buried IMO.
perhaps that's weisel's real motivation?
