Lou, you need to address this question, what happened to the 10,000 + barrels of oil we began July with?

Clearly this is what we were told, and excusses were given as to why this oil wasn't shipped, and you and Lanza are on record with regard to this, and Lanza is on record stating that he was working with his haulers to improve the percentage of pumped oil shipped. I don't see what possible explanation there is with regards to this issue. It is clearly time for you to respond to this question.
