Just a passing opine.

Doesn't seem to all by now that "Hotzone" has a unique assembly and back-haul capability, some of which may or may not be patent protected, or potentially so, but has yet to yield dollar revenue uno, eine, one, or whatever?...for any owner?

Admittedly, I have no insight into the Peralta's books to see how they view this on their side of the JV. But just a hunch...nada.

This is the one "technology" of import most of us, and most institutional investors can relate to, as it is something most of us have a grasp about. This is not rocket, or blimp, science anymore. The San Diego tests showed its colors in spades...apparently enough so, to salvage two other nuts from the fire, and lead to a TEAM contract.

Don't tell me "chicken wire" is standing in the way....BS.

This is all about marketing.

And the lack thereof.
