RULE 3210...
I just could NOT have enjoyed so much as
a beer before I didn't look at this
a little closer...I've been out of the
loop and the rule changes have been
many, so forgive me if I'm mistaken
but it looks like we are in violation,
or that is to say, a mm is in violaiton
of this rule. From what I can understand
of the rule, whomever, has failed to
deliver at some point in the last 13 days.
If I'm not mistaken, this, AND THE CHART,
would indicate that a short position is
in effect here but how big and for how
long...is anyone's guess ?
Eventually, this will have to move to the
sho list itself ? The grandfather clause
is gone so these short positions HAVE
to be declared now...not that LEGALITY
has ever been any kind of an obstical
for anyone down here in this swamp.
