jfburk, good post and I agree with it all with one minor exception. You mentioned "what a poor judge of people Tim Huff was", well what about the current GTEM management making a "new" deal with Trimax and Uli (knowing Lynch was in the mix), then several months later, filing suit against them both? Now that is poor "people" judgement and decision making IMO. Also, putting JM on the board in the JV, another poor "people" judgement. So, new management appears to me just as poor as old management in selecting these kind of people to head up major projects as they come back as very bad decisions.
