This is what I find confusing (and I have no doubt as to the authenticity of the link):why would Don remain "Unindicted"? And did they actually issue the shares? or has this mope just been selling? the T/A has been lying all these months?

It appears that the increasse in the authorized and O/S are coming after-the-fact, probably making them invalid.

Someone now trying to get flat in this before the actual proceedings or more indictments?

And through all this they continue to issue PR's? Weird.
