I've got some bad news...

I came across some public information recently that I feel everyone who is still a shareholder should know. However, I am leery about sharing it due to the nature of the data and what is almost certain to happen afterwards. This has been public info for over a month now, and I am sure other people have found it as well and not shared.

I will say that I have exited almost all stock positions in the company due to this info. I can't make recommendations for what anyone else does. My course of action was clear and immediate.

All along I have felt like a short squeeze would happen someday. After all, the tremendous amount of stock sold after the reverse indicates that something is amiss. But all the funny things that have happened to this company have culminated in the last straw for me.

In consideration of other people still in this stock, I will post a link to the info after the market closes.

On a related note, I just got off the phone with the transfer agent.

The OS is now 353,800,000. It was 78,000,000 two weeks ago, an increase of 275 MILLION in two weeks!!!

I know that an argument could be made about these shares are being set up for the stock distribution. I truly hope so. The transfer agent has NO IDEA what the stock is for and is not involved in the distribution.

I have been digging into the tangled web of companies and people and what I find looks even worse that what we have been joking about.

In my opinion, this stock is definitively over. Of course, I might be proven wrong with some magical stock spike (which is why I preserved one good chunk).
