That depends on what you want to see... that's the problem with technical analysis I think.
The RSI and MACD give a negative picture but
the MA50 crossed the MA200, if i'm correct they call that a golden cross. The MA200 should also give a huge support.
So if you are a believer you can say that thecnicals look good, if not technicals look bad
Footnote: I don't think that a technical analysis is worth much on such a stocks, (pinksheets, low volume, big spread,...)
