Well Gorb, the distribution of shares as divis in that regards, means Dan may have used them as well as cash to pay for the assets of BPMT, and they may or should be restricted, which takes those shares out of the game for at least a year. You would think that the folks at BPMT would have some faith in Dan and SMMW to make such a venture, especially if the SMMW PPS is at .0001, and they want to make a profit with-in the next year or so.
