Well to be fair, it was said in a verbal interview, that 60+% was owned by Dan and/or insiders. Cant remember the date, but you could actually listen on the computer--it was last summer, perhaps late spring, April May timeframe, when Dan did say somthing about financials(and yes I know the financials did not come out, so it is hard to say that 60+% being an accurate number is owned by Dan and/or insiders.
