I was under the impression that the majors left the area because they all went off-shore where they could make a helluva lot more money. It isn't that some of those wells can't pump 3 barrels a day: it's that Exxon's chairman probably can't even tip the parking valet for what one of those small-time wells produces. Now the REST of us, who aren't in a stock with an 80/dollar share price and a quarterly dividend, shouldn't have any problems on that score.
