Not neccessarily, you would not always need a R/S to lower the share count---just need one heck of a buyback and retirement, that could always be an option. Seems alot of folks are set on always posting about a R/S. Perhaps we should only post about that possibility when it occurs.

By no means am I condeming your statement, but it has yet to happen, and must be purely speculation until proven correct with company action in this direction.

And before you say it, all the posative folks are speculating about great things going to happen as well, so fo the time being we are in limbo status on the whole deal.

I would prefer the buyback much more, hey I admit I have a position in this stock and would like to see a heck of an ROI, but until my portfolio shines green, just have to sit here with the rest and wait.

Weather we see a R/S or buyback, they of course would be 2 defining factors for the future of this company.
