Well I guess, and I say this on the side of caution, perhaps Dan and SMMW is waiting for that transfer of shares, to come down on the shorts(should there be any). Perhaps they plan to do a share reduction in tamdem, guess we wont know until the time comes. These 2 things would be the shot in the arm for the share holders that have been here so long, and would, I m sure attract more attention.
