I just told you. It's you and dart---if you suscribe to his use of the chart at least read the notation.
He states "gap to be filled" on the upper .30's but he doe not state the lower to be filled.
If you know anything at all about charts you should know that all gaps do not fill, for various reasons.
Since you seem to think he is always right the least you can do is apply what he says.
