and that may be true IF they were selling PNMS shares , THEY ARE NOT!, They were selling PDRs that are traded alone on a foreign " exchange"

Deep Blue its real simple, contact the Texas Securities Board and ask them, Contact the SEC and NASD and ask them!. I have and all 3 have said its ILLEGAL
