No! If there is wrong doing with supporting proof, by all means, report it and let it be handled in a court of law.

The continued hashing and rehashing here is for what purpose? Nothing else do to? Are you hoping newbies read your stuff and refrain from getting scammed?

Only a shutdown by the SEC or others with such authority will keep newbies from getting burned.
