Even as a foreign corp, they have to still register with the Texas Sec of State to conduct business in texas and texas is ENTITLED to collect taxes. In this case taxes on 70 million dollars. I just sent Panamersas" Financials" to the Texas comptroller. I wonder if I get a reward for that
