The words "award" and "reward" are misleading. This is an "option", meaning Haag or anyone else will be paying for them. As long as they are paid for or given in return for services I'm ok with that.

I don't want to see any dilution either, but the last tactic of not paying the bills while waiting for sales didn't work, so Dalby will try a different tactic.
