juanly, as you may have noticed recently, the credit business is not doing too well nowdays, the bank of america had to pump big $$$ into the market to keep them afloat. so, to have a bank loan 20mil to a company with a market cap of $4mil or have institutional investors invest the same amount into a speculative stock it ain't as easy as it might look.
