Only $20 million more? I don't mean to be facetious, but that is truly not that much when 1/2 of the money is already being raised. There's not a bank or lending institution around (even in today's not so good real estate market) that won't ante up when their risk is only 50%. And you also have private investors who would LOVE to get in on the ground floor of something like this. Once you have 1/2 the money raised, finding the other half is a cakewalk.
