as a matter of fact i know a company in california who won a $40 mil state grant to build a biofuel facility. its also a start up company (otcbb)with no revenue or any other business but they trade at $5+ a share with some 50 mil o/s.
as for the berlin exchange maybe you should double check your info.
also beebe's web site has been on the work for a while, he even took some of the content off (yoda picture). that is his personal web site and has got nothing to do with phgi for what i know.
